This Returns & Refunds Policy describes how your purchases are handled in the event you wish items to be sent back to Bristol Soap Co.


RETURNS
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of products that are:

  1. in new, unopened and unused condition

  2. a whole set, when part of a set (not a portion of a set)

  3. when return/exchange is initiated equal to or less than 30 days after delivery

TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will accept items when the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@bristolsoapco.com with the following information:

  1. Name

  2. Order #

  3. A list of items you would like to return/exchange

  4. If pursuing an exchange, please state the items you wish sent to you. We reserve the right to charge shipping for exchanges. If you request items of higher cost than that returned, we may need to send you an invoice for the difference in cost.

TO RECEIVE REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEMS

Returned items must be received in new, unused, and unopened condition to seek a refund. Please ship the return parcel with sufficient inner packing to protect goods.
